What the states mean
LIVE: usable now. REFINING: exists and is being reworked; limited or not yet linked. KINDLING: being built; the first pieces are open. EVERGREEN: ongoing stewardship that does not end. EMBER: resting; preserved as lineage, no new work.

Grace helps you orient. You do not need to know the right question. She starts from what you intend, not from tool names.
Grace is being renewed. Her conversational voice is paused; her written doors stay open. She returns only after passing her release review.

The threshold. One question first: what should we call you? Deeper information only when something you choose truly needs it.
SPARK takes over the public role of the earlier GATE intake, which is preserved as lineage.

DRUM exists and has been secured. It is linked from here once its interface is reworked around those four acts.
CAT
Children’s agency: trusted people, safe places, meals, fallback care, mentors, continuity, review.
Child-facing features stay closed until the safeguarding, privacy and security work that must come first is done.

COVENANT
Relationship first, instrument second. Nine questions, then optional memorialization.
The earlier document builder is preserved as lineage.

Private contracting: party, capacity, authority, terms, approval, execution, record, provenance. Route the act, not the whole transaction.
The act router is open. Contract intake is REFINING while its earlier statements are corrected.

TAP keeps the books of authority: person, capacity, office, appointment, power, proposal, decision, mandate, execution, record, provenance. First question: what requires attention?
Closed to the public while its sign-in is rebuilt. Its records are preserved.
TRUST & GOVERNANCE
Private trust architecture for what you carry: the relationship, the instrument, the offices and the authorities, kept distinct.

This year’s Day Zero has not been published yet, so no date is guessed.

Tools can bridge
Some parts live in more than one dimension. CAT is tribe and code; BIND is code and tribe; Lantern holds time for one person. The dimensions help you find your way; they are not walls.
