Ministry Foundation +

AOG works as a church ministry. Your trust stands on its own design.

A church is not required to apply to the IRS before it is treated as exempt: IRC § 508(c)(1)(A) excepts it from the notice requirement. That is an exception from a filing, not a grant of status, and church status can still be examined (IRC § 7611; IRS Publication 1828). Your trust’s own tax treatment comes from its own structure. Architecture Design

Your trust architecture is coordinated from your specific situation — asset isolation strategy, governance protocols, trustee and protector roles, sub-trust structure, and succession mapping.

Step 3

Instrument Preparation

Your master trust agreement, certificate of trust, conveyance schedules, governance protocols, and operational templates — prepared as a unified instrument to memorialize the trust you created. Estate instruments that need a licensed attorney are prepared or reviewed by one in your state.

Step 4

Pressure Testing

Before delivery, your instrument is reviewed against known failure vectors — IRS attribution, creditor attachment, divorce, probate exposure, successor failure, and fraudulent conveyance scenarios.

Step 5

Delivery & Execution

You receive the complete document stack, a custom visual map of your entire trust structure, execution guidance, and trustee onboarding materials. Every instrument is explained, not just delivered.

Ongoing

Evergreen Stewardship

Annual governance review, structural optimization, trust minute preparation, and lifetime administration support. The architecture is maintained, not abandoned after signing.
