508(c)(1)(A) Ministry Context
+AOG relies on the notice exception in IRC § 508(c)(1)(A): a church is not required to apply to the IRS before it is treated as exempt. That is an exception from a filing, not a grant of status, and church status can still be examined (IRC § 7611; IRS Publication 1828). It is AOG’s own footing; your trust stands on its own design. Source. Not offshore, not hidden, not a loophole. Statutory provisions most practitioners have never explored.
Private Ecclesiastical Contracting

Common law trust doctrine, constitutional principles, and natural law integrated into a single living structure, governed by the trust law of its situs. This is not a workaround. It is private ordering under principles the common law has recognized for centuries.
