Each person reads every answer aloud, in their own voice, before going on.

We have each read every answer and we understand them.

What memorialization means here

Printing records what you already agreed between yourselves. It is a memorial of your understanding, not a legal instrument prepared for you. If you want an instrument with legal effect, the parts that need a licensed professional can be found on the BIND map.
