BIND
Private contracting.Route the act, not the whole transaction.
An agreement is made of many acts. Most are open to the people making it. A few need a verified capacity or a licensed professional. BIND separates those few so the rest of your work stays yours.
Party → capacity → authority → terms → approval → execution → record → provenance.
The five states
GREEN open · YELLOW open with limits · ORANGE verified capacity or human review first · RED closed for this actor and act · WHITE unresolved.
Two rules that do not bend
A regulated act is not made unregulated by calling it something else. And no one’s authorship is manufactured: if someone else chose the terms, the record says so.
Sources and scope
The routing above uses Illinois sources only. Elsewhere it shows WHITE until that place’s authority has been read. This is a map for routing acts, not legal advice. See Sources.
Lineage
BIND’s earlier intake described contracts drafted for participants and outcomes in court. Those statements are being corrected; the intake is closed and its records are preserved.
