Sources: The Truth Isn’t EnoughThe receipts behind the Paper and the Guide.

Official court material first. Each entry says only what that page itself states.

The method in the Paper and the Guide is universal. These receipts come from the Illinois courts as one example: evidence that the procedural-access problem is recognized, an example of the official self-help infrastructure a court system can publish, and an example of the kinds of primary procedural sources to look for. They do not make Illinois procedure universal. Find the equivalent sources for your own jurisdiction, your court, its local rules, and the orders in your own case.
