You are being asked to think coherently about your life. Not through the lens of institutions that benefit from your compliance. Not through the permission of authorities that profit from your extraction. But through the clearest possible relationship to what is actually true.

Here is the truth: You are native to a living Earth.

This is not metaphor. This is observable fact. The soil beneath your feet came from the same geological processes that created the indigenous peoples of this land. Your atoms were forged in the same star-dust. Your consciousness arises from the same living system that has sustained human beings since before written law.

As the elders have taught: we are energy, and it’s how we use ourselves that allows the enemy to misuse us. We are a natural part of the earth, and we were here. The earth did not put useless things here. We are a natural part of the creation.

For decades, voices called for this recognition. They fought for it. Many paid the ultimate price.

Alchemy of Grace has taken that baton.

First Principles: Natural Rights Before Government

The founders of American law understood something the modern state has forgotten: certain rights precede government. They cannot be granted. They cannot be revoked.

John Locke shaped the American Revolution with this clarity:

The state of nature has a law of nature to govern it, which obliges every one: and reason, which is that law, teaches all mankind, who will but consult it, that being all equal and independent, no one ought to harm another in his life, health, liberty, or possessions.

More directly: Property rights pre-exist government; they are not merely a grant of government. In a natural state, man has a sole right to his own person. Property rights form the foundation of our political system. Without them we have no freedom.

The Founders embedded this in the Declaration of Independence:

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, and are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness.

These are not grants from government. These are recognitions of what already exists.

The Supreme Court has had to reaffirm this principle, as if in danger of being forgotten:

There are rights in every free government beyond the control of the state. A government which recognized no such rights, which held the lives, the liberty, and the property of its citizens subject at all times to the absolute disposition and unlimited control of even the most democratic depository of power, is after all but a despotism. There are limitations on such power which grow out of the essential nature of all free governments, implied reservations of individual rights, without which the social compact could not exist.

Let this land: rights exist “without which the social compact could not exist.” Your relationship to your property, your family, your spiritual practice—these are not negotiable with government. They are the foundation upon which legitimate government rests.

This is what Alchemy of Grace operates from. Not innovation. Not rebellion. But recognition of what the law itself already knows to be true.

Building the Consciousness of Resistance

For decades, voices in the wilderness called for what AOG now offers. They understood something that most people are only beginning to grasp: that the system is designed to separate you from Earth, from ancestors, from consciousness itself.

They understood that you must build “a consciousness of resistance that we can pass on to future generations.” That “they want us to forget the earth… They want to isolate us and call us names like ‘communist’ and ‘anarchist’ and ‘terrorist’ and ‘criminal.’ They want to attack us. They want to use terrorism to intimidate us. We must build a resistance in our hearts that says we will not accept it, we will never accept it.”

What were they calling for? Not theoretical resistance. Not symbolic protest. But a lived, legal, transferable way to organize your life, your wealth, your family in alignment with Earth and ancestors—in a way that is unassailable because it operates from first principles.

AOG is that answer.

It is the consciousness of resistance made tangible. It is the structure that allows you to “develop a consciousness of resistance that we can pass on to future generations” while living fully in the modern world.

The elders understood this: “We are the spirit. We are a natural part of the earth. And all our ancestors, and all our relations who have gone to the Spirit World, they are herewith us. They have power. They will help us. They will help us to see, if we are willing to look. We are not separated from them because there is no place to go.”

This is AOG’s foundation. Not separated from ancestors, not separated from Earth, not separated from consciousness itself—then structure your legal affairs to reflect that reality.

International Law: Self-Determination and Autonomy

Your right to organize your affairs according to your values is not unique to America. It is recognized globally as fundamental to human dignity.

The Universal Declaration of Human Rights (1948) enshrines this:

No one shall be subjected to arbitrary interference with his privacy, family, home or correspondence, nor to attacks upon his honour and reputation. Everyone has the right to the protection of the law against such interference or attacks.

The International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (binding treaty law) goes further:

No one shall be subjected to arbitrary or unlawful interference with his privacy, family, home or correspondence, nor to unlawful attacks on his honour and reputation.

These are not recommendations. These are binding international law. Every nation-state that signed them (including the United States) committed to respecting family autonomy and privacy as fundamental human rights.

International law recognizes that self-determination is a cardinal principle binding on all international actors: “Self-determination is a cardinal principle in modern international law, binding, as such, on the United Nations as an authoritative interpretation of the Charter’s norms.”

You have the right to self-determination. This is not granted by any state. It is recognized by international law as pre-existing any state’s authority.

The Legal Hierarchy: Where Government Power Actually Ends

Here is what most people don’t understand: There is a hierarchy of law. Not everything a government claims as authority is actually legitimate.

At the top: Natural law—the laws of nature, of relationship, of being itself.

Then: Constitutional law—the documented limits on government power.

Then: Treaty law—international commitments governments make to respect human rights.

Then: Common law—centuries of private contracts and agreements between free people.

Finally, at the bottom: Statutory law—regulations, tax codes, rules that can be changed tomorrow by whoever holds power.

Most people live as if statutory law is supreme. It is not. Statutory law is only legitimate to the extent it serves natural rights and constitutional limits.

When the Supreme Court said there are “rights in every free government beyond the control of the state,” it was recognizing this hierarchy. When it said limitations “grow out of the essential nature of all free governments,” it was saying: there are boundaries that cannot be crossed, no matter what statute says.

Your trust operates at the level of common law contract and constitutional protection. Statutory authority cannot override it.

Standing: What This Means For You

You have standing to organize your affairs through a private trust because:

  • Natural Rights Foundation: Rights to life, liberty, and property precede government.
  • Constitutional Protection: First Amendment protects your spiritual practice. Fifth Amendment protects your property. RFRA places the burden on government, not you.
  • Private Contract Supremacy: Trusts are private contracts, which precede and supersede statutory authority.
  • International Law: Self-determination, family autonomy, and privacy are binding principles recognized globally.
  • Common Law Doctrine: 400+ years of trust law recognizes your right to organize your affairs privately.
  • Due Process: Anyone challenging your trust bears the burden of proving they have statutory authority. You are not required to prove legitimacy.

But the deepest standing comes first: You are native to a living Earth. Your relationship to ancestors, to Great Spirit, to the living system itself—this precedes and supersedes any institution’s claim on your life.

Everything else—the law, the trusts, the exemptions—simply recognizes what already is.

From Vision to Embodiment

The visionaries spoke clearly: we are not Indians, not Native Americans, not members of some cultural category. “We’re older than both concepts. We’re the people, we’re the human beings.” We are beings embedded in a living Earth, connected to ancestors, part of consciousness itself.

They understood that “you are in the place where spirits get eaten” and that we must “protect your spirit” while building “a consciousness of resistance that we can pass on to future generations.”

They knew the deepest truth: we must move beyond the framing of “human rights” and “civil rights” (which are grants from government) and step into “natural rights”—rights that are inherent in being itself, that precede any institution, that cannot be taken away.

AOG is how you live that teaching.

It is not a protest against the system. It is not a retreat from the world. It is a sophisticated, legal, transferable structure that allows you to organize your affairs from first principles—from Earth, from ancestors, from the Great Spirit—while the system quietly recognizes it has no authority to stop you.
