Born from practice, grounded in principle
Alchemy of Grace emerged from years of real work in real places. Our founders traveled across networks of regenerative communities—agroforestry projects, reforestation initiatives, permaculture systems working in symbiosis with the land. We learned from indigenous wisdom, earth-based ceremonies, and plant teachers. We saw good work being done.
But we also saw something missing: governance that matched the values.
So we did what we do best—we drafted. For ourselves. For communities we served. For families seeking to align their wealth with their convictions. We tested structures. We refined them. We pressure-tested them against real complexity: succession, tax law, family dynamics, mission drift, generational transition.
What emerged was not a business model. It was a Master Trust Drafting practice—a sophisticated ability to create custom trust architectures that serve as operating systems for values-aligned stewardship across generations. This practice became our calling, our offering, and the engine that funds everything else we do.
The Work Built the Practice
We didn’t start with a business plan. We started with conviction. The trust architecture came later—not as a product to sell, but as a tool we built for ourselves and then refined through decades of work with aligned communities. Now it funds our mission.
Rediscovery in the Andes & Amazon
A remembering. An awakening to first principles.
When Alchemy of Grace was rediscovered in the Ecuadorean Andes and Amazon Jungle, it was not invention. It was remembering. A reconnection with tribes and peoples who have carried specific ancient wisdom for eons—knowledge encoded in ceremony, in relationship with land, in understanding the reciprocal nature of existence itself.
These teachings, regardless of cultural context, inspired us to pay attention to first principles. To listen to what the ancestors knew. To carry on the work of those who came before, honoring the baton they pass to us, so we can pass it forward.
The Baton Forward
We position ourselves and our network of connected communities to pass on the baton from this generation to the next, from the next to the next, and so on. This is sacred work. This is how we become ancestors worthy of the wisdom we’ve received.
Regeneration as Practice
We are intimately connected to promoting values that align with animal rescue, wildlife sanctuary, and regenerative agroforestry. These are not separate from our trust work—they are expressions of the same principle: alignment with life itself, not extraction from it.
An Alternative Culture
We are cocreating an alternative culture that can run parallel (without friction) to the dominant “Big” culture—a culture based on competitive consumption and denuding the landbase, which eventually leads to internal civilizational collapse. We choose differently.
Our dependency rehabilitation immersion clinics, our sanctuary work, our governance structures, our trust architectures—all serve the same mission: creating frameworks for human flourishing that honor the land, the ancestors, and the generations yet unborn. This is the work of this moment.

At the heart of Alchemy of Grace is a simple recognition: each of us is lit with the divine spark. Connected to a star. Sent on a journey back to itself. The Creator experiences itself through an infinite array of forms—human, animal, plant, land, water.
This is not poetry. This is the operating system.
Our core medicine practice draws from all resonant traditions—meditation, vipassana, yoga, kriyas, drumming, singing, dancing. We honor the seasonal turn and the lunar clock. We work with plant teachers and medicinal helpers as sacraments, not commodities. We listen to what the ancestors knew, what the forest remembers, what those willing to slow down and care can still hear.
