OUR SINCERELY HELD RELIGIOUS BELIEFS

Alchemy of Grace is a faith-based organization rooted in sincerely held religious beliefs about wealth, stewardship, and human flourishing.

We believe that all people who resonate with this work—who are synchronistically called to these words, these principles, and this path—are meant to be here. The flow is what it is. Some truths are universal, and they find their way to those ready to receive them.

We believe access to spiritual and financial technology for sacred stewardship should not be gatekept or reserved for the select few. Those inspired by a higher calling, in service to something greater than themselves, deserve tools to align their wealth with their spirit and their vision with their legacy.

This is mutually protective work. We protect your sacred path. You protect the integrity of this covenant. Together, we honor what flows through us in service to the big dream.

TERMS OF SERVICE

By engaging with Alchemy of Grace, you are entering into a sacred collaboration rooted in sincerely held religious beliefs about wealth, stewardship, legacy, and spiritual alignment. These Terms of Service explain what that relationship is, what it isn’t, and what we both commit to.

What We Are

Our Identity

Alchemy of Grace is a living church and spiritual practice rooted in first principles, natural law, and ancient wisdom. We operate as a faith-based religious organization (508c1a) with an integrated Private Membership Association (PMA) structure.

Our foundation is our Code—the unified set of principles, governing structures, and sacred contracts that reflect natural law and first principles. This Code is the coherence field from which all custom instruments emerge.

When clients are ready, they create their own framework within this field. Each becomes an independent node in a living network—a complete reflection of the whole, operating according to our shared Code while honoring their unique calling and vision.

The result: a decentralized network of nodes, each one a holographic expression of the living church. The PMA is the network itself. Each client’s instrument becomes both autonomous and interwoven, reflecting nature’s own recursive design.

This is the Way.

We are NOT a law firm. We do not hold legal licenses. We do not provide legal advice in the manner a law firm would. We do not represent clients in legal proceedings.

Our Calling: Our calling is to help those who resonate with the big dream advance their vantage of the human experience. We do this through sacred estate planning that aligns your wealth with your spirit, your calling, and your deepest vision.

Our Sincerely Held Religious Beliefs: We operate from sincerely held religious beliefs that:

  • All people deserve access to tools for financial and spiritual alignment
  • Wealth is a sacred stewardship, not a commodity
  • Legacy is an expression of spirit made manifest
  • Natural law and first principles provide superior governance to commercial code
  • Generational flourishing flows from spiritual alignment

These beliefs inform everything we do.

What This Relationship Is

This is a sacred collaboration, not a conventional service transaction.

Sacred Collaboration: Your engagement with Alchemy of Grace is a sacred collaboration. You are not a passive client receiving a service. You are a co-creator of your In Grace We Trust instrument.

We facilitate. You actualize. Together, we bring your vision into legal and financial reality.

A Relationship of Trust: This relationship is rooted in trust, transparency, and shared commitment to your vision. We enter into this work in service to your calling and your posterity’s flourishing.

Ongoing Evolution: Your In Grace We Trust is not a static document delivered and forgotten. It is a living instrument that evolves as your vision clarifies and your coherence deepens. We document this evolution through Minutes—the sacred record of your unfolding.

Duration: This relationship is ongoing while you are actively engaged with us and may continue in advisory capacity as your instrument lives and operates.

What This Relationship Is NOT

Critical clarity on what we do not do.

Not Legal Representation: Alchemy of Grace does not hold legal licenses. We do not represent you in legal matters. No attorney-client relationship exists. You should engage qualified attorneys to review your documents and advise on legal implications.

Not Tax Advice: We do not provide tax advice. You should engage qualified tax professionals to understand the tax implications of your In Grace We Trust and your financial choices.

Not Financial Advice: We do not provide investment advice, financial planning, or securities recommendations. We do not hold financial licenses or registrations. You should engage qualified financial professionals for these matters.

Not Ongoing Legal Counsel: Our engagement concludes with the creation and initial implementation of your instrument. We do not serve as ongoing legal counsel. Changes to law or circumstances may require you to engage professional counsel.

Not Guaranteed Outcomes: We do not guarantee financial outcomes, legal protections, or any results beyond the quality and coherence of your customized instrument. Success of your In Grace We Trust depends on your stewardship and integration.

Your Bespoke Instrument

Your In Grace We Trust is uniquely and completely yours. Your naming conventions, your inspiration. Your calling. Your call.

Not a Template: Your instrument is never templated. It is created specifically for you, from our proven foundation but shaped entirely by your unique calling, vision, values, and circumstances.

The Foundation: We begin with In Grace We Trust—our established framework proven effective for sacred estate planning. This is your chassis: the governing structure, the proven architecture, the foundation upon which everything else rests.

Your Customization: From that foundation, we create your bespoke instrument through sacred collaboration. Your In Grace We Trust reflects:

  • Your unique calling and vision
  • Your sincerely held religious and spiritual beliefs
  • Your specific financial and family circumstances
  • Your values and the legacy you wish to create
  • Your relationship with Creator and the principles that guide you

Evolution Through Minutes: As you work with us, Minutes document the evolution of your thinking, the clarification of your vision, and the customization of your instrument. Your In Grace We Trust is a living document that deepens and expands as your coherence grows.

Modular Design: Your instrument is designed modularly. Sub-trusts, additional governance protocols, and expanded provisions can be added as your vision develops and your needs evolve.

Private Hybrid Structure: Your In Grace We Trust is structured as a private hybrid irrevocable trust with embedded trade secrets, financial technology, and governance mechanisms designed to protect, preserve, and advance your wealth and values across generations.

  • With willingness to examine your relationship to wealth and legacy
  • With commitment to clarifying your calling
  • With openness to the evolution of your instrument

Your Coherence Matters: The depth and clarity of your vision directly shapes the power of your instrument. As your coherence deepens, your In Grace We Trust becomes more refined, more potent, more aligned with your spirit.

  • You are responsible for understanding the implications of your choices
  • You are responsible for ongoing stewardship of your instrument

Fees, Payment & Relationship Structure

Why $8,888.88?

We price symbolically because we teach through example.

Traditional estate planning typically costs $2,000-$10,000+ through conventional channels, for boilerplate. $12,000-$30,000+ for more complex estate plans.

We offer meticulously drafted bespoke architecture, thoughtful integration with existing entities, with trade secret bells and whistles not available through conventional means for $8,888.88 …

This is not a discount.
This is a statement: abundance flows when wealth is aligned with spirit and values.

We don’t believe sacred planning should be gatekept by cost or reserved for the affluent. Those called to this work—those inspired by a higher calling in service to something greater—deserve access to these tools.

Our Position

We operate in a unique space. We’re not DIY or templated (which strips the sacred from the process). We’re not conventional attorney-based planning (which treats wealth as commodity). We’re bespoke, relationship-based, and rooted in sincere faith-based beliefs about stewardship, natural law, and generational flourishing.

Our framework integrates 508(c)(1)(a) religious entity structures, Private Membership Association networks, and first-principles architecture. Your In Grace We Trust is uniquely yours—never templated, always evolving through Minutes as your vision clarifies.

What You Receive

For $8,888.88, you receive:

  • Bespoke Master Trust & Estate Plan customized to your calling and vision
  • Sacred collaboration and coherence-building throughout the process
  • Full Minutes documentation of your evolution
  • Integration into our living church network as a holographic node
  • Access to our unified Code and governing framework
  • A living instrument designed to grow and expand as your vision develops

This is not a product purchase. This is a relationship rooted in mutual commitment to your spiritual and financial sovereignty.

Dispute Resolution

In the rare event of disagreement, we commit to resolution in service to your vision and our shared values.

Good Faith Communication: If disagreement arises, we first attempt resolution through direct, good faith communication. We seek to understand your concern and work toward alignment.

Exhaustion of Remedies: Before pursuing formal dispute resolution, both parties commit to exhausting all possible remedies and attempting to reach meeting of the minds through dialogue, clarification, and good faith negotiation.

Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR): If direct communication does not resolve the disagreement, and no possible meeting of the minds can be reached, the parties may pursue Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), which may include mediation or other appropriate ADR mechanisms.

Confidentiality in Resolution: All dispute communications and resolution processes remain confidential. Disputes are not discussed publicly or in ways that breach the sacred covenant between us.

Limitation of Liability

Given the nature of this relationship, liability is appropriately limited.

Scope of Liability: Alchemy of Grace’s liability is limited to direct, documented harm caused by gross negligence in the creation of your specific instrument. Liability does not extend to:

  • Outcomes dependent on your implementation and stewardship
  • Changes in law or external circumstances
  • Actions of third parties (trustees, attorneys, advisors)
  • Market changes or financial results
  • Spiritual or reputational harm

No Guarantees: We do not guarantee legal protections, financial outcomes, or results beyond the quality and coherence of your customized In Grace We Trust instrument.

Your Assumption of Risk: You assume all risk related to implementation of your instrument, ongoing stewardship, compliance with evolving law, and consequences of your decisions regarding your wealth and legacy.

Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

The sacred nature of this work demands strict confidentiality.

Mutual Confidentiality: Both you and Alchemy of Grace commit to confidentiality regarding the specifics of your relationship, your instrument, your financial circumstances, and your spiritual beliefs.

  • Use your instrument to compete with or undermine Alchemy of Grace
  • Publicly claim our methods as your own creation

Our Intellectual Property: Alchemy of Grace retains intellectual property rights in the In Grace We Trust framework, our methodologies, and our embedded financial technology. These are licensed to you for your private use; they are not transferred to you.
